YURIY BELYAKOV - war veteran, colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

From September 1982 to March 1983, he served in Afghanistan as the commander of a reconnaissance platoon in the city of Kunduz, received two injuries - a bullet and a mine-explosive. From April 2015 to May 2016, he participated in the ATO zone. Received shrapnel wounds during a combat mission. In 2015, he was the founder of the Transcarpathian Organization of the All-Ukrainian Union of ATO Veterans and Volunteers. War invalid of the II group. Awarded the following orders: Red Star - for the war in Afghanistan, Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree, Bohdan Khmelnytsky II degree, Bohdan Khmelnytsky I degree - for personal courage and protection of the sovereignty of Ukraine.
