Zombie Screens I (American Values). From the cinematic ruins of drive-in theaters in southern Appalachia, a ghostly zombie projector reanimates the decayed screen for a new life. “American Values” is a catch-all phrase projected around the world, in both magnanimous and self-serving ways. But the abandoned screen surface allows for new interpretations to emerge, new light to enter.
