The sea lion was very interested in its visitors. It keep doing flips for each observer. My daughter was very intrigued but nervous. Only with her father's encouragement did she reluctantly approach. In the end, she did not want to leave this exhibit at the National Zoo. I can only imagine how amazing it was for my toddler to watch this animal swim, do flips, and look her right in her eyes.
